Mini Planning Sessions — for the organized and independent self-planners looking for a little guidance.

There are two things you need to successfully plan any type of event:

  1. You need to be (at least somewhat) organized; and

  2. You need to either already know the best venues & vendors… or have the willpower and time to figure that out.

When you haven’t done this before, it’s hard! And who has the time to start from scratch and research every little thing!? That’s why we offer mini-planning sessions.

Mini-planning sessions allow you to meet 1-on-1 with a professional event planner for an hour (or 2, or 3!). Whatever your event, you’ll leave our session feeling more confident in your planning process as we answer your questions, prioritize your task list, and provide unique vendor and design recommendations based on your budget and event needs.

  • Providing recommendations for the top Twin Cities vendors and professional advice to help you choose the best ones for you.

  • Walking you through how to create your wedding day timeline or a perfectly organized bachelorette party itinerary.

  • Refining your event design and providing guidance and ideas to bring your vision to life.

  • Helping organize your final month-of to-dos and how to best communicate information to your wedding party and vendor team.

Our mini-planning sessions are the perfect way to partner with a Master Certified Wedding Planner without committing to a full wedding planning package. When you book a mini-planning session with us, you’ll receive the same professional advice and best-friend-level-support we give to our full-service clients. We want you to have the best wedding day, and we are so happy to help in any way we can!
