Outdoor ceremony site immersed in the pine trees, and a backup indoor location on the second level (always set and ready to go, no room flip needed before dinner!).

Modern industrial indoor reception room with lots of natural light and large window-doors looking into the courtyard.
Outdoor bar windows to serve your guests in the courtyard during cocktail hour as they mingle and enjoy lawn games.
